Dimitrie Racovi\u021b\u0103, nr. 28-30, sector 2, Bucure\u015fti, \u00een calitate de lichidator judiciar, \u00een dosarul nr. 35665\/3\/2012 aflat pe rolul Tribunalului Bucure\u0219ti - Sec\u021bia a VII a Civil\u0103, av\u00e2nd ca obiect procedura falimentului S.C. M GROUP ALPROPLAST\u00a0 S.R.L. cu sediul \u00een Bucure\u015fti, Sos. Pipera nr.48C, BL. Hala 1, sector 2, <strong>organizeaz\u0103 licita\u021bie public\u0103 cu strigare pentru valorificarea bunurilor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Imobil situat \u00een Comuna Ciorog\u00e2rla, jud. Ilfov, format din teren intravilan \u00een suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 4.772,08 mp \u0219i construc\u021biile edificate \u00een suprafa\u021b\u0103 construit\u0103 la sol de 414,80 mp, respectiv C1 \u2013 atelier, cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 construit\u0103 la sol de 386, 90 mp; C2 \u2013 magazie, cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 construit\u0103 la sol de 27,90 mp, la pre\u021bul de pornire de 107.200 euro, exclusiv T.V.A.<\/li>\n<li>Bunuri mobile la pre\u021bul total de pornire de 16.255,20 euro exclusiv TVA const\u00e2nd in: echipamente tehnologice, aparate \u0219i instala\u021bii de m\u0103surare \u0219i control \u00een valoare de \u00a0416,80 euro; mobilier \u0219i\u00a0 I.T. - valoare de pia\u021ba de 1.838,40 euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoanele interesate sa participe la licita\u021bie pot s\u0103 achizi\u021bioneze caietul de sarcini de la sediul lichidatorului judiciar ZRP INSOLVENCY S.P.R.L. din str. Dimitrie Racovi\u021b\u0103, nr. 28-30, sector 2, Bucure\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Licita\u0163ia va avea loc \u00een data de 28.10.2016 ora 15.00, la sediul lichidatorului judiciar mai sus men\u0163ionat.
