Pre<\/strong><strong>\u021bul de pornire nu con\u021bine TVA. Cota de TVA se va stabili conform normelor legale \u00een vigoare.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Asupra activului exist\u0103 un drept de preemp\u021biune, care va putea fi exercitat exclusiv prin \u00eenscrierea la licita\u021bie \u00een condi\u021biile legii, prev\u0103zute \u00een caietul de sarcini. Preemptorul \u00ee\u0219i va putea exprima op\u021biunea de exercitare a dreptului de preemp\u021biune \u00een termen de 30 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data recep\u021bion\u0103rii notific\u0103rii transmise \u00een acest sens de c\u0103tre lichidatorul judiciar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Caietul de sarcini este \u00een sum\u0103 de 5.000 lei plus TVA.<\/p>\n<p>Licita\u0163ia va avea loc \u00een data de <strong>11.11.2019<\/strong>, ora 14:00, la sediul ales al lichidatorului judiciar din Bucuresti str. Gara Her\u0103str\u0103u, nr. 4, cl\u0103direa A, Green Court, etaj 3, sector 2 Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen caz de neadjudecare, licita\u021bia se va relua \u00een data de <strong>18.11.2019, <\/strong>\u00een acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii de pre\u021b, or\u0103 \u0219i loca\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Termenele limit\u0103 de \u00eenscriere sunt:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li>Pentru licita\u021bia din data de 11.<strong>11.2019<\/strong>, termenul limit\u0103 de \u00eenscriere este 08.11.2019, ora 14:00;<\/li>\n<li>Pentru licita\u021bia din data de 18.<strong>11.2019<\/strong> (\u00een cazul nec\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103rii la licita\u021bie \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba din 11.11.2019) termenul limit\u0103 de \u00eenscriere este 17.11.2019, ora 14:00.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nu vor fi adise la licita\u0163ie persoanele care nu au depus p\u00e2n\u0103 la termenul limit\u0103 de \u00eenscriere la licita\u021bie documentele solicitate prin caietul de sarcini.<\/p>\n<p>Garan\u021bia de participare este de 10% din pre\u021bul de pornire f\u0103r\u0103 TVA.
